Das Kollaborativ came about in December 2023 out of a simple observation: the media industry needs more spaces for exchange, networking and experiment.

We founded Das Kollaborativ to give those spaces a framework and a structure.

ENCOURAGE Film Talents sets out to celebrate places where emerging filmmakers in the DACH region can meet and connect. The focus lies on connecting them both with one another and with the film industry, on supporting careers and on opening up perspectives.

  • Fritzie BeneschFinance Management

Fritzie Benesch comes from Berlin and has been studying film and television production at the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF since 2019, where she is now completing her master’s degree. Over the course of her studies she has produced a number of short films, among them “Kruste”, which was nominated for the First Steps Award, won a Student Academy Award and made the shortlist for the OSCAR®. She is co-initiator of the format “Ausnahmezustand Film!?”, which dealt with social sustainability and talent development in the film industry, and with which she has led numerous panel discussions and workshops.
